Product Description
We offer distinctive design of Paddle-ribbon-blender that is available with mixing impeller of four arms and a blade that angles to push the product in outward direction. This blender is used for granulating and mixing of material at higher speed. The components that are in contact are AISI 316 and the non-contact components are AISI 304. A chopper blade is attached with a blender which is designed for making granules and cutting lumps. It also contains a discharge plug with flush fitting which is electro pneumatically operated. The process of mixing in the blender is carried out without any pressure zone in the density of mixing product.

- Speed drive with varying options for the chopper and impeller
- To provide online milling, covering for heat, HMI touch screen, various PLC controls can be added.
- In order to wash and clean, Hydraulic lifting device can be provided
- Electrical motor can be made flame proof
- Protection from overloading is provided along with a stop button which can be pressed in case of emergency.
- To have limited amount of pressure, a limit switch is provided at the top of the lid.
- Another limit switch is present for ensuring that the container having product is underneath the discharge.
