Product Description
The Roll Compactor is used in increasing the bulk density, minimizing the size of the ingredients, offering processing which is dust free, preparing granules. The mentioned compactor works when the material is passed via rotating rolls at high pressure and later this material gets converted into flakes or solid sheet when the pressure decreases. Size of the obtained flakes is reduced in order to get the required size of grain and the whole process of reducing size is done with extra care so that fine is not generated. The entire process of granulating and maxing is automatically done in a single bowl. Our offered Roll Compactor is available with the scrapper that are present at the rolls which helps in scraping off the powder that sticks to the roll during the aforementioned process.
