Application & Process:
With excellent automatic operation, our screw cap sealing machine is effective in sealing of bottles. It is applicable in pharmaceuticals, food & beverages, agrochemicals, and other industries. The machine is designed to be compact, multipurpose and rugged. It has stainless steel construction with matt finish. The system comprises automatic conveyer belt, single head screw capping unit and pick & place cap feeding unit. Filled bottle moves automatically toward the capping head, and during the move picks cap from the feeding unit. With movement to cap to bottle sealing, the capping head moves up and down. After sealing, the bottles are moved for further process.
